The location is fantastic, with the hotel being close to both the Skytrain and a metro station. It is situated on a quiet side street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities such as a safe, flat-screen TV, and air conditioner. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The staff could improve their customer service skills, as some guests experienced a lack of warmth and politeness.

Poor facilities, Staff is not good, you pay money for nothing, only one small towel in Bath, no shampo, no lotion, hot water in bath is not sufficient, you've to ask many times to get anything you need, no breakfast, only nescafa is available, if you need tea you've to ask two days before?, sure its bad experience, I didn't think to stay in that hostel, by the way, you could find another and good hostel nearby that, with good staff, breakfast and more comfort with slightly high price, I'll go there in the coming visit. I advice others not to stay in this hostel.

Location was the best thing about the hotel. Liked the ice box
Bed was too noisey, Not good selection for tv viewing. Not easy to find.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being very close to the BTS train station. This makes it a great base to explore almost everything in the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful.
The water pressure in the bathroom is slightly weaker, making it a bit harder to wash your hair.

Located near the sukhumvit area. Nice owner, hotel is especially for budget travellers. Room was clean and had airconditioning and a fridge. Close to the metro and easy accessible. Next to construction area, so do expect noise.

I had the most amazing experience at this place! The hosts were incredibly warm and made me feel like a VIP. Despite the ongoing renovation, it didn't affect the fantastic hospitality. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from the main road. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed, including a safe, flat-screen TV, and powerful air conditioning. The wifi was super fast too! Plus, they even had a hair dryer available at the reception. Checking in earlier than expected was such a bonus. The room was spacious, and the AC and shower were top-notch. The hotel's proximity to the skytrain and a nearby 7/11 made it even more convenient. This budget-friendly gem exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to stay here again when I return to the city. The owner was also incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Just one small suggestion - having a tea kettle in the rooms or a common dispenser in the dining area would be a great addition.

Guest House is small but room facilities is good. The people is helpful, friendly and have good services manner, The location is convenient for travelling by skytrain.
During my stay they didn't make room daily although I didn't put any refuse signal at the door. The hotel is quite far from downtown and the location atmostphere's quite quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, with the Skytrain and an array of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided exceptional service. We also enjoyed the peaceful nights' sleep and the comfortable beds. Plus, being close to several shopping centers was a major advantage for us. it was a wonderful experience!
The decor might be a bit outdated, but considering the price, cleanliness, and location, it's a minor issue.

Proximity to MRT, street food, Japan Town. The staff were helpful. Surprisingly the room was very clean and full of family pictures of the owner.
Nothing. we did not have time to stay over for breakfast

The faded white walls and pew-like benches in the lobby gave it a vintage charm. The dartboard and well-stocked bar added some extra entertainment. Free WiFi and laundry services were convenient.
Just what I needed, a hotel with limited seating and no public space other than the lobby. So cozy, I felt like I was sitting on people's laps.

great value, convenient location, helpful staff - exceeded expectations for a Bangkok staycation. Loved the design and welcoming reception. Close to BTS, 7/11, and Emporium mall. Free water and good water pressure. Only downside was no English Channel on TV.
no windows in room

Owner Max is a very welcoming host and the location close to a BTS station is very convenient. The room was clean and great value for money. Free internet access in the bar.
The stairs to the rooms may not suit older guests and could be tricky if you've had a few too many drinks. Also there is construction work close by but this does appear to be nearing completion

I had an amazing stay at Sarnn Sukhumvit 28. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Phrom Pong Station, Emporium, and Emquatier. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even assisting us in calling a taxi. The room was clean and cozy, exceeding my expectations for the affordable price. I was impressed with the ensuite single bedroom, complete with a working TV, mini fridge, and safe. The keycard access added an extra layer of safety. it was a great value for money.
Nothing negative to say! 😊
